As a listing agent in Orange County, my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property.  I utilize the most up to date technology & high end marketing materials to assist us in selling your home quickly!  I work with a seasoned team of industry professionals that will assist us in getting your deal closed with the least amount of effort. 

When I list your home, I charge 2% for my services which is 25% less than what traditional real estate agents charge. My listing clients usually feel they get even better service than when they had worked with an agent that charged 3% in the past. It is important to offer the current market rate real estate commission to the buyer's agent which is 2.5%-3%.  This discount automatically nets you more money when selling your home!

For example, a typical home listed at $500,000 paying 6% total commission = $ 30,000 in paid commissions.  At 4.5% total commission, you end up with $7,500 more in your pocket.  You save thousands & net more money selling your home with my services.
